• Proof Approval: For custom signs, we provide a digital proof. Production begins only after your written approval. Approved proofs are manufactured “as is”.
       
• Artwork & Fonts: You confirm that you own or have permission to use any uploaded logos or fonts.
       
• Color/Size Tolerance: Minor variations in color temperature, brightness, or final dimensions (±2 cm or ±3%) may occur due to materials and hand assembly.
     

2. Pricing & Payment

       
• Prices are shown in the store currency and may exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
       
• Payment is due at checkout or as invoiced. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
     

3. Shipping & Delivery

       
• Estimated lead times are provided at checkout or on the product page. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not guaranteed.
       
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

• We warrant our LED neon signs against manufacturing defects under normal use for the stated warranty period on the product page (or 24 months if not specified).
