Custom products policy    
     

1) No refunds for non-manufacturer reasons

     

Because our LED neon signs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to manufacturing error. This includes but is not limited to:

     
           
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse.
    •        
  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., text, size, color, font, mounting).
    •        
  • Minor variations in color temperature/brightness or size within normal tolerances (±2 cm or ±3%).
    •        
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
    •      
   
   
     

2) Eligible cases (refund/replacement)

     

We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) if the product has a manufacturer defect or arrives damaged in transit. Eligible examples:

     
           
  • Electrical failure, dead LED sections, or faulty power supply upon arrival.
    •        
  • Cracked acrylic backboard or significant physical damage on delivery.
    •        
  • Wrong design produced vs. the approved proof.
    •      
     

Note: Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal use (e.g., minor surface scratches on rear acrylic) are not considered defects.

   
   
     

3) Claim window & evidence

     
           
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via support@ledneonpro.com.
    •        
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    •        
  • Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage (including packaging if damaged).
    •      
     

Claims filed after 7 days may be rejected if we cannot reasonably verify the issue.

   
   
     

4) Resolution process

     
           
  1. We review your evidence and may request additional details.
    2.        
  2. If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For replacements, we will reproduce your sign according to the approved proof.
    3.        
  3. We may provide a prepaid return label or ask you to safely dispose of the defective unit (case-by-case).
    4.      
   
   
     

5) Warranty

     

Our LED neon signs include a warranty against manufacturing defects for 24 months under normal use, unless otherwise specified. Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or commercial overvoltage environments.

   
   
     

6) Non-returnable items

     
           
  • Custom-made items with user-specified text, size, color, font, or shape.
    •        
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
    •
